Mitchell Evans undertake detailed planning applications, including 3D presentations if required, followed by detailed construction drawings for tender to contractors, contract procurement, monitoring of construction works through liaison with the appointed contractor and valuations of building contracts.
Mitchell Evans can guide individuals through the complete project process, from discussing initial ideas, submission of planning applications, recommending builders and compiling tender documents through to the inspection and quality control of the project once works have started on site. We can act as Contract Administrators, issuing instructions to modify the contract and certifying payments to the contractor as well as completing all documentation once the project has been achieved.
