Mitchell Evans were set a challenge of designing a contemporary 3 bedroomed dwelling in a back garden development in the conservation area of Camden, London. The design had to be sympathetic to its surroundings and take note of the existing contemporary developments within the area. The design achieved planning consent in December 2010.
