One off new house design forms an important section of the work we cover, undertaking bespoke developments from commissions by private individuals, developers and country home estate agents.
We understand that careful preparation of planning applications is required for such properties as many are located in rural countryside areas and/or greenbelt and recognise the importance of close liaison with local authority planning officers.
Mitchell Evans has designed homes of various styles including modern contemporary living, Arts and Crafts design, Georgian mansions and Palladian villas.
Clients are taken through the complete design and construction process which includes project management, site inspections and valuations in liaison with Quantity Surveyors.
