Working closely alongside local authority conservation officers, our in depth experience of historic and listed buildings has resulted in many award winning and successful projects. These include churches, barn conversions, manor houses and residential schemes in conservation areas.
Mitchell Evans has established close working relationships with expert building contractors who have a strong understanding of detailing required for such buildings. We can guide clients right through the design process, inclusive of necessary Listed Building Applications and discussions with historic bodies and Conservation Officers at the local authorities.
