We have recently undertaken a substantial extension and refurbishment on a period property in Esher with a contract value in the region of £540,000 incorporating an extension to the side and rear of the property as well as an upgrade throughout the property of decorations, bathrooms, electrical and heating systems. At the same time the roof space was converted into a large open plan games area. A sympathetic approach was taken with the extensions utilising traditional materials but a modern contemporary family room was incorporated making maximum use of light and aspects of the garden.
