We have recently completed a project on a property built in the 1990’s situated in Lightwater using extensions and renovations to make this a beautiful home suitable for modern living. The house had substantially remained unchanged since its original construction and the opportunity was taken to completely update and modernise the entire property. Extensions have enabled the provision of a new large open plan kitchen, breakfast and family room area as well as new living rooms. Modern bi-folding doors were incorporated to take advantage of the garden aspect as well as the installation of rooflights to provide daylight to darker areas of the building.
