Toby joined Mitchell Evans in 1999 and developed specialization in residential design and refurbishment of historic buildings of listed status.

Team leader within historic property & refurbishment, his role starts at the design stages through to the project management and site supervision

Key projects include the award winning refurbishment of Grade II listed Chilworth Manor and other Grade II listed refurbishments.
