David is the founding partner of Mitchell Evans and has a vast range of expertise with over 25 years of experience in planning, design and project management which has enabled the practice to continue to expand and retain the satisfied clients for which it is renowned.

David maintains a large pivotal role in the majority of the projects the practice is involved with. This vast experience in planning & design has developed a very strong track record in delivering positive planning outcomes and results.
